Amazon put all its features in the navigation drawer. it’s time to reform and signify what less or more important.

Opportunities of Improvment

I did research from customer reviews of the Amazon App and interviewed 10 users. After summarizing the research, I have developed the following considerations:

Wishlists

should have some features to help users make shopping easier such as comparison, reminder, also easy to organize their lists.

Search feature

It should have better controls and functions to help users identify trusted merchants and authenticity.

The limit of Comparision feature 

Every product on Amazon has vast data such as a product description, technical details, customer reviews, etc. It’s hard to compare multiple products by using the mobile app.

All Department

As we know, Amazon sells almost everything, All departments should have been more organized and be one of the main features.

Overview

From online bookseller to the largest retailer in the United States. Today, there's almost nothing Amazon doesn't sell. I’ve been shopping on Amazon both the desktop version and mobile app for a while. There’re some features that don’t work well on the mobile version, and the User interface could be more developed. The improvement will enhance and personalize the customer experience, and also will benefit their brand image.

The Final result

Simplicity makes different. The new navigation tab is more convenient and friendly than the old design. Users can see the main navigation options with simple icons.
